Refund policy

We want you to be stoked with your Slab God order. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

1. Change of Mind

Due to alcohol regulations and health/safety concerns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

• Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@slabgod.com.au
  

• Include your order number and photos of the issue
  

• We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate
  

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

If incorrect shipping details are provided and the item is returned to us:

• We’ll contact you to organise redelivery (additional charges may apply)
  

No refunds will be issued for parcels lost due to incorrect address entry
